Designing Merch - Now Available!

I've done it at last -- created some basic merch for you all to enjoy and share the love of music! Choosing a service and product is no easy task. Product quality, shipping, and ease of integration into my website were key factors. That being said, I have selected Printful as my platform of choice for most merch production for the time being.

Why Printful? As someone with few fans, no scheduled shows at this time, and even less storage space in my condo, I needed a supplier that could print on demand. This allows me to not need to store merch long term; however, if I do end up with a show schedule, I may begin to buy some items in bulk to bring with me for special pricing.

Currently, there are three things available: a tote bag with the single artwork from my song "Lion's Heart," a holographic logo kiss-cut sticker, and a basic white logo sticker. Before adding anything to the shop page the most important thing to do was check for quality. As such, I ordered one of each to ensure they fit my standards. When I ordered a sample tote bag, I was expecting it to be a simple single layer cloth tote. What I got? A quality fabric bag with the design on both sides. I am pleased with how well the art fit on the bag!

Don't worry, none of the artwork is AI generated. Back in 2019 I paid an artist on Fiverr to design the initial version of my logo which I later modified to remove a musical staff that was in it. The artwork for "Lion's Heart" I drew up myself in Krita in 2023. The art was originally named "No Ace" as a nod to the disbelief many people have in the existence of the Ace community. As a member of that community myself, I know how painful it is to be told your feelings (or lack thereof) aren't valid. The color scheme still reflects that design choice. I selected that piece for the song artwork as it is in line with the theme of the song itself if you listen carefully to the lyrics. Perhaps I will do a lyrical breakdown of that song sometime in the future.
